Return Policy

We build long-lasting relationships with our customers and we treat them as we want to be treated. We are not a big, impersonal company- we are a small family owned business! If you ordered the wrong product - we will exchange your product. If you pay for the cost to ship the product back to us - we will exchange the product for a new product and pay for the shipping back to you.

If the new product costs more, you must pay the difference and if the product you want is less - we will refund you the difference.

We DO NOT charge restocking fees. Any additional questions or comments we would be happy to give you a call. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with you purchase. We only accept returns for 30 days.

If we shipped you the wrong product or if the product is defective:
1) we will pay the shipping costs to have it sent back to us, and
2) we will replace the product and pay for the shipping costs to have it sent back to you. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase because we want customers for life!

If after receiving your product you decide you want to return the product which is NOT defective, we will refund you the original purchase price of the product, less the cost we paid for shipping.
