Placing an Order, Returns & Shipping Information

PayPal accepts all major credit cards. (Note: You do not need a PayPal account to place a credit card order.)
Our Business Hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST Monday to Friday.
We also process orders by online, telephone, or postal mail as follows:

- Shipping - UPS - U.S. Post OfficeOrders ship from our warehouse in Trenton, New Jersey with the exceptions of:
- Shuffleboard Covers
- Custom Wood Signs
- We try to assemble your order to send all your items in the same box.
- The majority of our products ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery).
- When ordering Shuffleboard Maintenance Kits, Liquid Waxes or Sprays - these items must ship via United Parcel Ground Service due to Aerosol/Liquid transportation postal regulations. Make sure your location is not too cold to receive liquid items - if the item freezes it is no good.
- Orders received before 10am EST are usually shipped the following morning (Monday-Saturday). Prices assume US deliveries. For shipping costs to other locations, please contact us.
- Shuffleboards ship via common carrier from either California or Missouri. Please check the product description on Shuffleboard Tables for production and transit times.
Due to the special nature of this product, all sales of Shuffleboard Tables are FINAL. All Shuffleboard Tables sold through or by us are strictly non-returnable unless we express otherwise in writing. If there are quality or warranty issues, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the affected item.
OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We build long-lasting relationships with our customers and we treat them as we want to be treated. We are not a big, impersonal company- we are a small family owned business! If you ordered the wrong product or the wrong speed wax - we will exchange your product. If you pay for the cost to ship the product back to us - we will exchange the product for a new product and pay for the shipping back to you. If the new product costs more, you must pay the difference and if the product you want is less - we will refund you the difference. We only accept exchanges of unopened cans of wax. We DO NOT charge restocking fees. Any additional questions or comments we would be happy to give you a call. We want to make sure you are completely satisified with you purchase. We only accept returns for 30 days.
If we shipped you the wrong product or if the product is defective:
1) we will pay the shipping costs to have it sent back to us, and
2) we will replace the product and pay for the shipping costs to have it sent back to you. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase because we want customers for life!
If after receiving your product you decide you want to return the product which is NOT defective, we will refund you the original purchase price of the product, less the cost we paid for shipping.
